    Woohoo! Fabulous!

  2. Angie, Mom to Ethan, Alex, and Megan says:

    I am SO excited to see it air! I hope other stations follow Channel 3’s lead and help promote the GOOD in todays world, that there are STILL HONEST and GOOD and LOVE in the world today! Now THAT is news!

    There was a nice shout out over at Age of Autism (the Daily Autism News site I read and respond to, I was wearing their t-shirt during the news interview! Too bad my ‘genes’ made it hard to read the name on my shirt! WHOOPS!):
    http://www.ageofautism.com on the right sideline under “in the news”

    …its unfortuneately listed under a story about another tragedy, where a boy, age 4 WANDERED away, non-verbal, Autism, just like my Alex, sadly, he was found, after the police decided to drain the duck pond, that was in the park across the street from the boys home, it had a fenced area, but he was still able to go in, and sadly they found him, drowned, at the bottom of the drained duck pond.

    THIS IS WHAT YOU HAVE DONE FOR OUR FAMILY, HOPEFULLY THIS WILL NOT BE OUR FAMILIES STORY. THERE ARE SO MANY FAMILIES LIKE THIS ANGEL’S FAMILY THAT HAVE ALREADY LOST THEIR CHILDREN. I PROMISE, we will do everything and anything we can to pay it foward and work on getting help for more and more families like ours once we are able to get our lives under control when we get our new family member trained and home! Your helping us, its just the BEGINNING of the help that we will then be able to provide for so many other families, we will not only keep our kids safe and alive, but we will then have the TIME to work to help others too!

    I just hope more Age of Autism readers and Phiily residents come and check out LoveDrop and its wonderful mission!

    Thanks for letting me help Thank LoveDrop and all of its members by being able to represent on the interview!

    Love you all!
    Angie
    Proud Mom to Ethan, Alex, and Megan

  3. Pastor Diane Mettam says:

    I am SO excited to see you guys get this kind of positive publicity! It’s wonderful to see good news broadcast, and perhaps this will help our group grow even bigger. I tell everyone about how easy it is to pay it forward through It Starts With Us and Love Drop (even though I don’t check in like I should – sorry). Thank you both for starting a great organization.

  4. J. Money says:

    @Rita — thanks!!

    @Angie, Mom to Ethan, Alex, and Megan — I know you guys will Angie :) We love your whole family and SO GLAD we were able to help your lives like that! We still can’t believe it all came together like it did, but woohoo! You’ll always be in our hearts.

    @Pastor Diane Mettam – It’s because of all you, baby! Thank you for all your scrapbooking gifts and everything else you participate in – it really goes far :)
