Dropping Some Love With People Report!

On Tuesday, June 8th, Nate and J$ from Love Drop will be partnering with People Report at their annual Summer Camp conference to help out Jonathan’s Place, a children’s shelter in the Dallas area.

People Report and Love Drop will be providing a cash donation and in-person volunteers for a service day, but we want to give a little extra this year, and that’s where you come in! We want to show up Jonathan’s Place with a boatload of gift cards, which are always a big help. We’d love for you to participate, and it’s super easy . . . see details below.

About Jonathan’s Place

For 15 years, Jonathan’s Place has been taking care of the Dallas area’s youngest victims of abuse. Jonathan’s Place provides this care through three programs – a “home-style” emergency shelter for abused, abandoned and neglected children, a Foster & Adoptive Family Program and a Residential Therapeutic Program. The emergency shelter provides specialized services and 24-hour residential care and is the only emergency shelter in Dallas County that provides residential services for children in crisis under the age of 10.

Donate a Gift Card & Make a Difference!

Join us this month as the foodservice industry gives back! Our goal is to show up on the doorstep of Jonathan’s Place with $1,000 worth of gift cards. If everyone attending gave just one card worth $20 from their organization, we would blow this event away. (If a card from your organization doesn’t make sense, then a Visa or Target gift card works as well.)

Jonathan’s Place has specifically requested gift cards, since they can use them to:

• Purchase needed items
• Reward volunteers
• Bring in food for staff and kids
